not only is this my first attempt at the manipulation of photographs, it is my first blog entry, ever. i've been hesitant. for one, i've always wanted to be a writer, which terrifies me, and two, my main goal as a photographer thus far has been to document what i see. i enjoy shooting a subject in a natural, pure, practically raw state.
